By Scheduling You Agree To The Following:
1.Card Holder is 21 years of age or older with proper ID to be verified by driver
2.At the drivers discretion, Card Holder agrees to be fully liable for all charges
that may occur including:
$250.00 minimum for extensive cleanup (spills, etc)
$250.00 shampooing and disinfecting (sickness/vomiting)
$350.00 minimum for each rip, tear in upholstery or burn holes
$375.00 minimum for each act of vandalism
Any loss of revenue associated with downtime due to repairs. Charged by the hour.
3. Francis & Coach will not be responsible for injuries that may occur due to horse play while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill. Card Holder is responsible for his/her guests
4. Francis & Coach maintains a zero tolerance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be used by any persons not of legal drinking age. Service may be cancelled immediately with no refunds. Card Holder agrees to be fully liable if any person under the legal drinking age consumes alcoholic beverages.
6. Dates maybe rescheduled or refunded within seven days of booking according to availability.
5. Passenger Buses are subject to search by authorities at any moment. Card Holder agrees to be fully liable for all contraband (illegal drugs) in their possession or in the possession of their guests.
7. Any assaults sexual or otherwise must be reported by the driver to the proper authorities as mandated by insurance regulation.
